Mr. Andrew Gareleck is a native of the New  York State and a member of the New York State Bar. He is sensitive to  the needs of foreign residents having resided most of his life in France  and Israel. 

Mr. Gareleck is a  member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Bar  Association, and the World Jurist Association. He has law degrees from  the Vermont Law School in the US (Juris Doctor) and the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne in France (Master in International and European Law).

Prior  to founding the law firm of Lexalia PLLC, Mr. Gareleck worked in New  York City for a prominent mid-town Manhattan law firm and in Lyon,  France, for a law firm directed by a member of European Parliament. He  subsequently spent three years leading the U.S. Desk of Ernst &  Young’s French law practice.

Mr.  Gareleck has much experience assisting corporations and individuals in  the areas of U.S. immigration, commercial, and company law. He also has  extensive experience negotiating and drafting of various types of  contracts including license, distribution, merger, and cession  agreements.

Mr.  Gareleck is active in the educational field.  He regularly teaches  courses in US and International business law at universities in France  and Latvia. He has been a guest lecturer at many other universities  throughout Europe.
